江西省独立学院学生创业意向与创业行为的调查研究分析分析研究 人力资源管理专业

摘要创业对于经济发展具有重要的作用。近年来，面对越来越严峻的就业形势，越来越多的大学生选择创业作为实现就业的主要途径。独立学院作为异军突起的新型院校，如何在与其他高等院校的激烈竞争中，更多、更好的实现毕业生的就业，也成为独立院校亟待解决的问题之一。本文以江西省独立院校为研究对象，在此基础上探讨了大学生的个体资源情况以及外部环境对于其创业意向与创业行为的影响，并建立了个体资源状况、社会环境、大学环境以及创业教育与创业意向、创业行为之间的理论假设模型。在此基础上，设计了调查问卷，进行实证研究，搜集数据进行统计分析，对研究构思进行了假设与修正。根据实证研究的结果，有针对性地为加强独立院校的创业教育，培养创业品质，提高学生的创业意向与创业能力提供了参考意见与帮助，对于推动大学生实现自主创业，为社会提供更多的就业岗位有重要意义。关键词：创业；独立学院；创业意向；创业行为；创业教育ABSTRACTVenture for economic development plays an important role.
