经济发展背景下政府职能转变的研究【摘要】：在经济全球化的背景下，随着我国市场化进程的不断加快，针对于计划经济的政府职能显然已经不能很好的适应市场经济发展的需求。要解决这一问题就要更好的理解政府职能，本文以经济发展为背景，研究了不同经济时期政府职能改革的变迁，并着重探讨了当前市场经济条件下，政府职能转变的方向。【关键字】：经济；政府职能；服务政府；法制政府； Research on transformation of government functions under the background of economic development【 Abstract 】 ： In the context of economic globalization, with the accelerating process of China's market for government functions in a planned economy has apparently not well adapted to the needs of the market economy.
