论传统文化对行政决策的影响分析研究 工商管理专业

论 文 摘 要行政文化是行政管理体制的思想文化根基，是行政管理体制的软环境。当代的行政管理从一定意义上讲，就是一种文化管理。行政文化研究就是从文化的角度来认识和研究行政管理工作，从文化的角度来探讨行政管理高效化、制度化、法律化和科学化问题。本文立足于中国传统行政文化，仔细分析了其在我国当前的行政改革中发挥的消极影响与积极作用，批判地继承其中的精华部分，为建立我国先进的行政文化添加新的动力。基于此，本文涉及了传统文化中的和谐等传统文化的精神，提取关于行政文化的重要传统文化的内容，进一步探讨传统行政文化对行政决策的影响，且以新疆自治区为例，分析了行政决策和执行的全过程。着力塑造最哈的传统行政文化，促进行政体制的发展。关键词：传统文化；行政决策；影响ABSTRACT Administrative culture is the ideological and cultural foundation of the administrative system, is the soft environment of the administrative system.The contemporary administrative management in a sense, is a kind of cultural management.Administrative culture study is to understand and study from the perspective of cultural administration work, from the perspective of culture to explore the administrative efficiency, and institutionalized, legalization and scientific problems.Based on Chinese traditional administrative culture, this paper carefully analyses the current administrative reform in our country play a negative effect and positive effect, critically inheriting the essence part, in order to establish advanced administrative culture to add a new power in our country.Based on this, this paper involves harmony of traditional culture, the spirit of traditional culture, such as extraction of the important content of the traditional culture, administrative culture to further explore the traditional administrative culture's influence on the administrative decision-making, and in the xinjiang autonomous region as an example, analyzes the whole process of adm...
