关于住房社会保障问题——基于贵阳市的实证分析摘要：住房是每位社会成员生存和发展所必需，住房保障问题是每一个国家和政府都不可回避的课题。在城市化大发展的时代背景下，我国城市人口数量激增，与之相伴随的是城镇经济的快速发展和居民收入差距的日益拉大，房地产繁荣发展的背后是城镇中低收入群体无力购买、租住适当住房的无奈。为解决好这部分人群的住房问题，我国经过长时间的探索和改革，形成了一套较为完备的城镇住房保障政策。本文在考察贵阳市住房保障政策发展历程与实施效果的基础上，分析了贵阳市城镇住房保障政策的相关概念和基本理论，结合我国住房保障政策实施过程中的实际效果，指出贵阳市政府在制定与实施住房保障政策中的不足与疏漏，提出相应对策，以求改进和完善贵阳市及全国的住房保障政策。关键词：住房保障政策；经济适用房；廉租房Guiyang City-based empirical analysis on housing, social security issuesAbstractAccess a basic house is necessary for personal survival and development, there isno country can evaded housing problem.
