俊捷轩物流服务质量提升对策研究分析 工商管理专业

摘 要物流服务是企业的主体业务，而物流服务质量对企业的发展有着极其重要的影响，提高物流服务质量也成为物流企业飞速发展的关键。本文以俊捷轩物流服务质量为研究对象，分析俊捷轩的物流服务质量存在问题并找出解决方案，对俊捷轩的发展有着重要影响，同时也能为其它企业提高物流服务质量提供参考依据。关键词：俊捷轩物流；物流服务质量；配送AbstractLogistics service is the main business of enterprises, and the quality of logistics service has a very important impact on the development of enterprises. Improving the quality of logistics service has become the key to the rapid development of logistics enterprises.
