论熟人社会下的村民自治分析研究——以沧州张官屯乡为例 公共管理专业

摘 要随着法治中国建设的推进，基层群众性自治组织村民委员会（以下简称村委会）在实现对国家事务进行民主管理的过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是，现在农村熟人社会下的公民自治，无论是从村委会的产生，还是村委会权力的行使，都存在着问题，严重侵犯公民的权利，破坏民主建设。通过探析问题存在的原因，寻找解决问题的对策，以更好地保护公民的各项权利免受侵害，推进农村民主化建设。通过这些探究，促使我们对村委会的产生以及村委会权力的行使有了一定的了解，为真正理解以及保护、行使自身权利提供一些理论支持。关键词：熟人社会；村民委员会；民主选举；完善AbstractWith the rule of law to promote the construction of China's grass-roots mass self-organization of the village committee (hereinafter referred to as the committee) is playing an increasingly important role in the realization of the country's affairs and democratic management.
