就“郭美美”事件谈公信力危机的救济对策摘 要俗话说：“人无信不立、业无信难兴、政无信必衰。”以悠久历史闻名的中国，向来都很注重诚信问题，无论是个人诚信、企业诚信，还是政府诚信，在社会诚信体系中都起重要作用。然而随着“郭美美”事件的发生，引起公众对慈善组织、社会企业、政府的公信力质疑，社会公信力危机日益严峻。鉴于此，本文首先简述公信力危机的现状、公信力危机缺失的危害及其历史根源，然后依次针对性地提出企业、政府、慈善组织公信力危机的救济对策；最后提出公信力建设的长效机制及其对行政文化建设的要求与启示，希望政府、企业与慈善组织、公众一起努力，促进社会诚信体系的建立与完善，不断提高社会的公信力影响，是具有现实与实践意义的研究课题。关键词：“郭美美”事件 公信力危机 救济对策 公信力建设On the "Guomeimei" event to talk about credibility crisis relief measuresAbstractAs the saying goes: "If a man can not stand, the industry thrives no letter, no letter will be bad policy."
