论外嫁女土地权益的保护[摘 要]随着我国城镇化、工业化进程的深入发展，建设用地的需求量日益上升，大量的农村集体土地被征收征用，在这过程中也带来了纷繁复杂的土地纠纷。其中，农村外嫁女土地权益纠纷尤为突出，已经成为特殊又重要的一类，成为农村的热点问题。外嫁女作为农村的一个特殊群体，其合法的土地权益屡遭侵害，并且在争取自己土地权益的道路上也是困难重重。完善外嫁女土地权益保护的建议包括规范村规民约的审查制度，完善现有的立法政策，明确集体经济组织成员资格。[关键词]外嫁女；成员资格；土地权益；村规民约；乡贤[Abstract]With the development of the urbanization and industrialization process is going further, the demand of the land used for building is growing day by day. A great amount of rural collective lands are commandeered. There are lots of complex land disputes coming with the process. Among them, land interest disputes of the Married Daughters in the Countryside stands out and becomes a special and important one which is the hot issue in the countrysides. As a special group of the countryside, the Married Daughters whose land interests have been repeatedly infringed.
