论未成年人隐私权的保护[摘 要] 隐私权是重要的人身权利，是自然人人格尊严的重要内容。未成年人的隐私权具有特殊性，需要给予特殊保护。然而，实践中未成年人的隐私权不断受到来自社会、学校以及家长的侵犯。我国现有法律规定对未成年人隐私权的保护内容过于原则化，缺乏监督机制。因此，应当完善相关法律法规，明确对侵犯未成年人隐私权行为的认定，加强对未成年人隐私权保护的监督。[关键词]隐私权；未成年人隐私权；未成年人隐私权保护[Abstract] Privacy is an important personal right and it is also a significant part of the natural human dignity. The privacy of minors is special and it need to be given special protection. However, the privacy of minors is always infringed from society, school and parents in practice. Our country existing law on the protection of the minors' right of privacy is too principled and it is lacking supervision mechanism. Therefore, we should perfect relevant laws and regulations. We can clear the minors' right of privacy infringement behavior and strengthen the supervision of minors' right of privacy protection. [Key words] Right of Privacy; Privacy of Minors; Minors’ Right of Privacy Protection在江苏某一小康家庭，父亲王某、母亲丁某对 10 岁的儿子小杰期望颇高，除了对他的各科学习成绩有着高要求之外，还很注重小杰身心的成长，各方面都严加管教。父亲王某总是想了解儿子的一切动向，常常趁小杰不在家时偷看他的日记，翻阅他的信件，事后发现不妥就会教育儿子；除此之外，父亲王某还偷偷在小杰房间里安装针孔摄像头，随时观察监督儿子。后来被小杰发现这一切后，小杰与父亲争吵不已，父亲说做这些都是为了他好，但是小杰认为父亲这种行为严重侵犯其隐私权，甚至心生自杀念头。这一案例充分说明了什么问题呢？未成年人隐私权受到了侵犯，然而实际生活中总被忽视，这对未成年人的身心健康已经造成了极大影响。因此，保护未成年人隐私权颇具现实意义。一、未成年人隐私权概述（一）隐私权的概念和特点1.隐私的含义要研究隐私权，理应然要对隐私的概念进行一定的理解。何为隐私呢？隐私作为一种秘密，它不愿为他人知晓，包括...
