论行政决策的科学化与民主化分析研究 法学专业

内容摘要 行政决策是政府管理的首要环节和履行各项政府职能的基础，而推进行政决策的科学化与民主化则是推进我国政治体制改革的一个着眼点。我国行政决策制度建设和政策法规方面已经取得了不小的进展与成效，但是与西方国家的行政决策科学化、民主化程度相比，我国仍有很大的发展空间。针对这些问题，本文在明确行政决策的科学化与民主化的概念的基础上，回顾了我国行政决策科学化和民主化的进程，并肯定了党和政府取得的成果，最后根据实际提出了相对有效的优化建议。关键词：行政决策 科学化 民主化Abstract The administrative decision is the first step of the government management of the foundation and to perform all the functions of the government, and promote scientific and democratic administrative decision-making is the starting point to promote the political system reform in China a.
