论循环经济的法律促进机制[摘 要]循环经济的发展需要法律的保障,但目前我国实施的循环经济法律促进机制中还存在相关配套措施尚未完善,执法队伍落后,企业缺乏自律机制,公众参与度低等问题。因此,应当加快修改旧法,完善循环经济促进机制及其相关配套制度,加强执法队伍建设,提高执法队伍素质,建立企业自律机制和生产者责任制度,鼓励并引导公民和非营利性组织积极参与循环经济建设,以此来推进循环经济法律促进机制的完善,促进循环经济发展。[关键词]循环经济；促进机制；缺陷与完善[Abstract]Law is the key to ensure the development of circular economy, but the current promoting mechanism of Circular Economy Promotion Law exists problems as incomplete necessary measures, backward law enforcement teams, undisciplined enterprise system, low citizen’s participation and so on.
