【摘要】本文主要使用财务分析法、市盈率法和DDM模型来分析宝钢股份的投资价值其中财务分析法主要作为市盈率估值法和DDM估值法的辅助方法，通过本文的分析，希望能够有利于投资者正确评估股份的价值。首先介绍本文的理论基础，主要包括财务分析法、市盈率估值法和股利贴现模型。其次，介绍公司基本情况和对企业进行财务分析，其中公司基本情况介绍主要从公司的资产规模和业务情况两方面入手；财务分析主要从偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力等方面入手，并进而发现该公司的偿债能力及运营能力等，相比于同行业公司而言，存在一定的差距并对公司的价值造成一定的影响。之后，为公司的价值评估部分，主要使用市盈率法和DDM模型两种估值方法，对宝钢进行价值评估。其中，通过市盈率分析方法得出现在宝钢股份的估值为16.51元；通过DDM模型得到现在宝钢股份的估值为17.01元。通过对宝钢股份进行价值评估，得出宝钢股份的市场价格相对合理，而且，不管从短期还是长期考虑，宝钢股份具有较高的投资价值。关键词：宝钢；市盈率法；DDM模型；财务分析；投资价值【Abstract】Thispapermainlyusesthefinancialanalysismethod,theprice-earningsratiomethodandtheDDMmodeltoanalyzetheinvestmentvalueoftheBYDAshares.Thefinancialanalysismethodismainlyusedastheauxiliarymethodoftheprice-earningsratiovaluationmethodandtheDDMvaluationmethod.Throughthisanalysis,Correctlyassessthevalueofthestock.Firstofall,thetheoreticalbasisofthispaper,includingfinancialanalysis,price-earningsratiovaluationanddividenddiscountmodel.Secondly,thebasicsituationofthecompanyandthefinancialanalysisoftheenterpriseareintroduced.Thebasicinformationofthecompanymainlystartsfromtheaspectsoftheassetsizeandbusinesssituationofthecompany.Thefinancialanalysismainlystartsfromtheaspectsofsolvency,operationabilityandprofitability.Afterthevaluationofthecompanypartofthemainuseofprice-earningsratioandDDMmodeltwovaluationmethods,thevalueoftheevaluationofBYD.Amongthem,throughtheP/Eanalysismethodattheendof2018BYDAsharesvaluationof16.51yuan;byDDMmodelby2018BYDAsharesattheendofthevaluationof17.01yuan.BycomparingthevalueofBYDAshares,itisreasonabletocomparethemarketpriceofBYDAshares,and,intheshorttermorlongterm,BYDAshareshavehigherinvestmentvalue.Keywords:BYDA;P/E;DDMmodel;financialanalysis;investmentvalue目录一、绪论................................................................................................................................1（一）研究背景和意义..................................................................................................................11.研究背景.........................................................................................................................................12.选题意义.........................................................................................................................................1（二）研究思路和方法..................................................................................................................11.研究思路.........................................................................................................................................12.研究方法.........................................................................................................................................2（三）文献综述..............................................................................................................................21.国外相关文献..............................................................................................
