锅炉燃烧调整对氮氧化物排放的影响摘要:阐述了热力型、燃料型和快速型氮氧化物(NOx)的生成机理,并以某台680t/h锅炉为对象进行试验,分析了锅炉在进行燃烧调整过程中二次风箱与炉膛压差、配风方式、氧量、磨煤机组合运行方式等因素对NOx排放量的影响,得出结论:采用水平浓淡燃烧技术、在燃烧器顶部布置二次风,以及进行燃烧调整优化,可降低锅炉NOx的排放量
最后指出,应在不影响锅炉效率的情况下,对燃烧进行调整优化,来达到减少NOx排放的目的
