I國立高雄第一科技大學運籌管理系碩士論文進出分離與需求偏向之自動倉儲系統績效分析指導教授:郭幸民博士研究生:李安騰中華民國九十五年七月IIIII進出分離與需求偏向之自動倉儲系統績效分析TheperformanceanalysisofanAS/RSwithinput/outputseparationanddemanddeviation指導教授:郭幸民Shin-MingGuo研究生:李安騰AntengLee國立高雄第一科技大學運籌管理系碩士論文AThesisSubmittedtoDepartmentofLogisticsManagementNationalKaohsiungFirstUniversityofScienceandTechnologyInPartialfulfillmentoftheRequirementsFortheDegreeofMasterofBusinessAdministrationwithMajorinLogisticsJuly2006Yenchao,Kaohsiung,Taiwan,RepublicofChina中華民國九十五年七月I中文摘要自動倉儲又稱之為自動存取系統(AutomatedStorage/RetrievalSystem,AS/RS),其特點在利用機械配合電腦程序控制以操作貨品之取回與儲存,因此又稱為無人倉庫。自動倉儲可分為硬體及軟體二部份,硬體選擇須配合軟體設計才能相輔相成,而自動倉儲設施中存取機為最重要的靈魂之一,有單載具與雙載具之分,近年來比較這兩種載具的績效評估常見於國內外文獻中。根據本研究調查在相同環境下,單載具對雙載具存取機的設置成本比例約1:1.4以上,故本研究認為在相同環境下雙載具效能應高於單載具40%是為合理。本文的評估方式是以儲存與取回平均等待時間、系統存取速率及雙指令之執行比例作為準則,然後配合出入庫站位及出入庫時段等設定的不同,逐一實驗比較單/雙載具二系統之績效表現。本研究採用系統模擬軟體Arena8.0版來建構自動倉儲模型以進行分析。實驗結果發現,雙載具的優勢在進出位置分離時較佳,在進出時段不重疊時亦較明顯,但是在考慮AS/RS設置成本的差異後,本研究認為雙載具系統之效益並未能勝過單載具系統。研究成果可提供給業界建構自動倉儲系統時之參考。關鍵字:自動倉儲系統、存取機、績效評估、系統模擬IIAbstractTheAutomatedStorage/RetrievalSystem(AS/RS)usesmachinerywithcomputerprocesscontroltooperatethestorageandretrievalofwarehousestock.Theentiresystemcanbedividedintothehardwarestructureandthesoftwarecontrol.Choiceofthehardwaremustcoordinatewiththesoftwaredesigntocomplementeachanother.Andthestorage/retrievalmachineisarguablythemostimportantpartinAS/RS.Inrecentyears,thereisasignificantliteratureonthecomparisonofsingleshuttleversustwinshuttle.Accordingtoourowninvestigation,theratioofconstructioncostsofasingleshuttlesystemtoatwinshuttlesystemisapproximately1:1.4.Therefore,thisresearchproposesthat,giventhesameenvironment,thecapacityortheeffectivenessofatwinshuttlesystemshouldbehigherthanasingleshuttlesystembyatleast40%.Theevaluationinthisresearchisbasedonaveragestorage/retrievalwaitingtime,thescalefactor,andtheratioofdualcommand.Wevarythelocationsofinput/outputstationsandthetimeperiodsofstorage/retrievaloperationstocomparetheperformanceofasingleshuttlesystemandatwinshuttlesystem.ThisresearchusesArena8.0simulationsoftwaretoconducttheexperiment.Theresultssuggestthatthetwinshuttlesystemwouldperformbetteriftheinput/outputstationsareinseparatelocationsorthetimeperiodsofstorage/retrievaloperationsdonotoverlap.However,afterconsideringtheAS/RSestablishmentcost,weconcludethattheperformanceofatwinshuttlesystemisnotnecessarilysuperiortoasingleshuttlesystem.ThisresearchcanprovidevaluableinformationtothosewhointendtoestablishanAS/RSsysteminthefuture.Keywords:AutomatedStorage/RetrievalSystem;Storage/RetrievalMachine;PerformanceEvaluation;Simulation.
