FITA國際射箭總會射箭規則中華民國射箭協會印製2008年版2008年04月01日國際射箭總會新增條文修訂版FITA2008射箭規則1BOOK1第一冊ConstitutionandAdministrativeRules憲章和總則Thiseditioncontainsalllawsandby-lawsapprovedbyCongressthroughNov10th,2007.Theremaybeadditionalby-lawsandinterpretationsafterthisdateaswellasamendmentstotheby-lawswhichmayaffectthisedition.PleasechecktheFITAwebsite(www.archery.org)foralistingofallnewby-laws,by-lawamendmentsandinterpretationswhichmaybeinforce.Thisversionsupersedesallpreviousversions.本版本依據2007年11月10日國際箭總代表大會核准之規則和附則。在此日期之後，也許會增加附則、規則解釋和對附則的修訂，並可能對本版本產生影響。請由國際箭總網站(www.archery.org)查閱所有新附則、附則修訂和規則解釋。自2008年4月1日起施行本版規則，前面版本規則應予廢止。FITA2008射箭規則2CHAPTER1第一章FITACONSTITUTION國際射箭總會章程1.1NAME名稱1.1.1ThenameoftheFederationshallbeFédérationInternationaledeTiràl’ArcandshallbeabbreviatedFITA.1.1.1本會名稱為："國際射箭總會"1.2OBJECTIVES宗旨1.2.1TheobjectivesofFITA,anon-profitorganizationaccordingtoarticles60andfollowingoftheSwissCivilCode,shallbe:‧TopromoteandencourageArcherythroughouttheWorldinconformitywiththeOlympicprinciples;‧TodefineandpromoteFITAgoals;‧ToframeandinterpretFITARulesandRegulations;‧ToarrangefortheorganizationofWorldChampionshipsasCongressmayestablishinanydisciplineofArchery;‧Toconfirmandmaintain:-WorldRecordScores;-OlympicGamesRecordScores;‧Tomaintaincompletelistsofscoresfrom:-FITAChampionships;-OlympicGames.1.2.1根據瑞士民法第60條，國際射箭總會為非營利組織其宗旨為：‧遵循奧林匹克精神在全世界推動和發展射箭運動；‧明確和宣傳國際射箭總會目標；‧制定和解釋國際射箭總會規則和章程；‧按照會員代表大會對射箭運動各項比賽的規定，安排辦理世界錦標賽；‧確認和維持：-世界紀錄；-奧運會紀錄；‧完整地保存下列比賽成績：-國際箭總錦標賽-奧林匹克運動會1.3MEMBERSHIP會籍1.3.1MembersofFITAshallbe:1.3.1國際箭總的會員應該是：‧MemberAssociations;‧ContinentalAssociations;‧AssociateInternationalFederations;FITA2008射箭規則3‧AssociateMembers.‧會員協會；‧洲際聯合會；‧國際協會會員；‧贊助會友。1.3.2MemberAssociationsofFITAshallbeNationalArcheryAssociations,oneonlyfromeachcountryorterritory.1.3.2國際箭總會員應該是各國國家或射箭協會，每個國家或地區僅能有一個協會為代表。1.3.2.1ThenameofaMemberAssociationmustindicatetheterritorialextentandtraditionofthatcountry.1.3.2.1國家或地區協會的名稱必須反映其領土的幅度和該國的傳統。1.3.2.2MemberAssociationsandContinentalAssociationsshallrecognizeFITAastheInternationalFederationforArcheryrepresentingtheFITAobjectivesinternationally.MembersshallbeboundbyitsRules,shallsubmittoitsjurisdictioninFITAmattersandshallundertaketodoeverythingtopromoteitsgoals.Members,theirofficersandathletes,willbeboundbytheFITAConstitutionandRulesandbytheFITACodeofEthicsandConduct.1.3.2.2會員協會和洲際聯合會應承認國際射箭總會是在國際上代表射箭運動宗旨的國際性聯合會。會員應遵守其規則、服從其領導並為實現其宗旨而工作。會員及其職員和選手應遵守國際箭總章程和規則和國際箭總之道德準則。1.3.2.3NodiscriminationinthepracticeortheadministrationofArcheryshallbeallowedagainstanycountry,associationorpersonongroundsofgender,race,religionorpolitics.1.3.2.3在發展和管理射箭運動中不得以性別、種族、宗教或政治為理由岐視任何國家、協會或個人。1.3.3AssociateInternationalFederationsshallrecognizeFITAastheInternationalFederationf...
