摘要电动机大量使用在现在工业生产和我们的日常生活中。但在实际的使用过程中,电动由于各种各样的原因经常出现故障导致电机损坏。因此保证电动机的正常运行十分必要随着电机保护技术的迅速发展,智能电机保护器应运而生。智能电机保护器在今后的生产生活中有广泛的应用前景。因此研究智能电机保护器具有十分重要的意义。本文首先根据电机故障种类的不同对电机保护原理进行分析,认真研究了电机的各种故障的保护原理。随后在此基础上设计智能电机保护器。本电机保护器设计选用AT89S52单片机芯片为主控制器;使用TLC549芯片设计A/D转换模块完成电流、电压信号的模拟量输入;使用TLC5620芯片设计D/A转换模块实现模拟量信号输出;通过ZLG7290芯片构建显示键盘模块实现人机交互功能;通过时钟芯片PCF8563T设计时钟使在电机保护器系统掉电后,时钟模块仍可以通过单独的电源供电继续工作;并通过24系列EEPROM芯片设计片外存储器扩展模块实现参数记忆功能。本设计的智能电机保护器是以单片机为主控制器,具有编程方便的优点,同时本设计的智能电机保护器还具有保护功能全面,性价比高等优点。关键词:电机保护器;电机保护原理;电机故障诊断;单片机-I-DesignofTheIntelligentMotorProtectorUsingMicrocontrollerAbstractMotorsarewidelyusedinindustrialproductionandourdailylife.Butintheactualuseoftheprocess,becauseofavarietyofreasons,theelectricoftenfails,resultingindamagetothemotor.Soitisnecessarytoensurethenormaloperationofthemotor.Withtherapiddevelopmentofmotorprotectiontechnology,intelligentmotorprotectorappeared.Inthefutureproductionandlife,intelligentmotorprotectorhasawiderangeofapplications.Therefore,thestudyofintelligentmotorprotectionisveryimportant.Inthispaper,theprincipleofmotorprotectionisanalyzedaccordingtothedifferenttypesofmotorfaults,andtheprotectionprincipleofvariousfaultsofmotoriscarefullystudied.Thenonthisbasis,theintelligentmotorprotectorisdesigned.Inthehardwaredesign,themotorprotectorselectionAT89S52microcontrollerchipasthecoreprocessor.ThemotorprotectiondeviceusingTLC549chiptocompletethecurrent,voltagesignalA/Dconversion.ThemotorprotectorachievetheoutputofanalogsignalbyusingTLC5620chiptocompletetheD/Aconversion.Inordertoachievehuman-computerinteraction,themotorprotectorusingZLG7290chiptobuilddisplaykeyboardcircuit.ThemotorprotectorusestheclockchipPCF8563Ttodesigntheclockmodule.Afterthemotorprotectorsystemispowereddown,theclockmodulecancontinuetooperatebyseparatepowersupply.Motorprotectordesignmemoryexpansionmoduletoachieveparametermemoryfunctionbyusingthe24seriesEEPROMchip.Thedesignoftheintelligentmotorprotectorisbasedonsingle-chipcontroller.Theintelligentmotorprotectortheadvantagesofconvenientprogramming.Thedesignoftheintelligentmotorprotectorhascomprehensiveprotection,cost-effectiveadvantages.KeyWords:Motorprotector;Principleofmotorprotection;Diagnosisofmotorfault;Microcontroller-II-目录摘要.........................................................................................................................................IAbstract......................................................................................................................................II1绪论.........................................................................................................................................11.1电机保护器的意义及发展现状...................................................................................11.2本设计主要研究内容...................................................................................................31.3小结...
