摘要在经济全球化的浪潮中,我国的民营企业正经历着前所未有的竞争压力和挑战,如何在激烈的市场竞争中求生存、求发展,越来越成为所有民营企业都必须正视的重大课题。企业文化是企业生存发展的重要战略资源,是构成企业竞争力最具战略性、基础性和决定性的要素。作为现代企业管理重要内容的企业文化建设,对企业经营业绩的促进作用,从而提升企业核心竞争力越来越明显。企业只有培养、塑造企业核心竞争力,才能保持长期的竞争优势。但是,现在的民营企业对于企业文化的意识及对核心竞争力的认识存在误区,而另一方面,民营企业较国有企业有更明晰的产权和更大的自主性,因此,研究企业文化与企业核心竞争力相互联系和作用的关系,探讨基于核心竞争力的民营企业文化的建设,对于民营企业的发展具有重要的意义和实践性。三棵树涂料股份有限公司作为一家建立十一年的企业,从零起步,目前进入行业前五名,被誉为“中国涂料发展最快企业”。本文通过对企业文化与企业核心竞争力中外文献的提炼,界定二者的涵义,并从构成角度建立二者之间的结构模型,分析二者相互联系和作用的关系,提出以提高核心竞争力为目标的民营企业文化建设思路,并以三棵树公司作为实证案例,力争提炼出该企业的企业文化建设实践性,为民营企业文化建设提供参考。关键词:核心竞争力民营企业企业文化AbstractInthetideofeconomicglobalization,ourprivatecorporateisexperiencingunprecedentedcompetitivepressuresandchallenges.Howtosurviveinthefiercemarketcompetitionanddevelopmentisbecomingamajorissueforallprivateenterprisestofaceupto.Corporatecultureistheimportantstrategicresourcesofenterpriseforsurvivalanddevelopment.Anditisalsothemoststrategic,themostbasicandthemostdecisivefactortoconstitutetheenterprisecompetitiveness.Asanimportantcontentofmoderncorporatemanagement,thefunctionofconstructionofthecorporatecultureisbecomemoreandmoreobviousforpromotingthecorporate’soperatingperformance,soastoimprovecorporatecorecompetence.Onlytraining,shapingcorporatecompetencecanmaintainlong-termcompetitiveadvantage.However,thepresentprivatecorporatehaswrongunderstandingofthecorporatecultureandthecorecompetence.Ontheotherhand,comparedtothestate-ownedcorporate,theprivatecorporatehasmoreclearpropertyrightsandgreaterautonomy.Soitisofgreatimportanceandpracticalnessinthedevelopmentofprivatecorporatetostudywhatwaysandmechanismsareusedbycorporatecultureandcorecompetencetomutuallycontactandplayroles.Alsohowtoconstructtheprivatecorporateculturebasedoncorecompetence.SKSHUPaintCo.Ltdhasexisted11years.Startfromzero,SKSHUhasintrudedthetopfiveinindustry,anditisknownas“thefastestgrowingChinesepaintingenterprises”.Thisarticleconcludesfromthetheoreticalstudiesresultsofdomesticandforeignscholarsoncorporatecultureandcorecompetence,anddefinetheconnotationofthetwo,thenanalyzetherelationshipbetweeninterconnectionandfunctionfromthestructuremodelestablishedonthepointofviewoftheconstitution,andputforwardtheconstructionthoughtsofprivatecorporateculturetoenhancethecorecompetence.Attheend,asanempiricalcase,thisarticlestrivestorefinethepracticalnessoftheconstructionofthecorporatecultureofSKSHU,andprovideareferencefortheprivatecorporatecultureconstruction.Keywords:CorecompetencePrivatecorporateCorporateculture目录第1章绪论.............................................61.1选题背景及研究意义..........................61.1.1选题背景........................................61.1.2研究意义........................................81.2文献综述...........................................81.2.1国内外企业文化文献综述...............81.2.2国内外核心竞争力文献综述.......
