-1–高级人才寻访服务合同ContractforHeadhuntingServicePartyA甲方：Address地址：Tel.No.电话：Email邮箱：PartyB乙方：Address地址：Tel.No.电话：ProjectLeader项目负责人：BankName开户银行:BankAccount银行账号：ContractNumber合同号：-2–WHEREAS:-(1)PartyAwishestoreceiveheadhuntingservicesfortheexpansionofitsbusiness.(2)PartyBhastheskills,backgroundandexperienceinprovidingheadhuntingservices.(3)PartyBiswillingtoprovidetheheadhuntingservicesandPartyAiswillingtoappointPartyBtoprovideheadhuntingservices,allinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement.关于:-(1)甲方就企业发展需要现希望获得高级人才寻访服务。(2)乙方有提供高级人才寻访服务所需之技巧、背景及经验。(3)乙方愿意根据本合同条款提供高级人才寻访服务，而甲方也愿意根据本合同条款委托乙方提供高级人才寻访服务。1.RightsandObligationsofPartyA甲方的权力和义务1.1PartyAshallprovidethegeneralinformationofthecompanyandtheprecisedescriptionoftheconsignedpositionaswell.Whereastheheadhuntingservicehasitsowncharacteristics,PartyAshall,astheprojectgoeson,offeritsmostdetailedinformationalsupportandbestcooperationtotheprojectconsultantofPartyBtoaidPartyBinsearchingforandfindingcandidatespossiblysuitableforPartyA;-3–甲方组织的负责人提供企业概况及委托寻访职位的准确描述。关于猎头服务项目的特殊性，甲方应根据项目进度及乙方服务规程要求，给予乙方项目顾问尽可能详细的资讯支持与配合，以便乙方寻访适合甲方的候选人；1.2PartyAshallcomplywiththetermsofthisAgreementtopayalltheservicechargestoPartyBinatimelymanner;甲方需按照本合同的约定及时足额地支付首付款及全部服务费；1.3HavingreceivedavalidwrittenReportonCandidate(s)incompliancewithClause4.2hereinsubmittedbyPartyB,PartyAshallreplyinwritingtoPartyBwithintwoworkingdaysasfollows:甲方在收到乙方根据本合同第4.2条提交的有效候选人资料两个工作日內，甲方需给予乙方以下书面答复：a)Ifalltheproposedcandidatescannotmeetthebasicrequirementsforinterview,PartyAshallnotifyPartyBwiththemainreason(s)thereofforPartyBtorecalibratehuntingstrategy;如甲方认为所有候选人均不能满足面试条件的，须通知乙方重新推荐，并说明原因；b)IfPartyAcannotreplywithintwoworkingdayspursuanttoClause1.3above,theReportonCandidate(s)shallbedeemedsatisfactoryunlessPartyAshallnotifyPartyBwithacertainreplytimeforthwith;若甲方在收到候选人资料2个工作日内不能给予乙方答复，甲方须及时与乙方联系，说明情况并重新约定答复时间，否则视为乙方推荐的候选人报告符合甲方委托要求；-4–c)Ifthecandidate(s)meet(s)therequirementforinterview，partyAshallschedulecandidateinterviewswithinthreeworkingdaysofitsaforesaidreply.MeanwhilePartyAshallarrangeforinterview(s)andnotifyPartyBoftheinterviewtime(s)andarrangements,togetherwithinformationincludingtheresponsibilities,salary(pretax,includingbasesalary,annualsalaryincrease,allowance,annualpremium,bonus,dividendincome,welfarehousing.)associatedwiththejobwithinthreeworkingdaysthereof.如甲方认为乙方推荐的候选人满足面试条件的，应在给乙方初步答复后的３个工作日内安排候选人面试，并在三个工作日内通知乙方面试时间和具体安排，并说明面试该职位的具体职责、薪资待遇等，妥善安排面试官和人员接待；d)Ifthecandidatemeetstherequirementforinterview,buttheinterviewcannotbescheduledwithinthreeworkingdays.PartyAshallnotifyPartyBimmediatelywiththeproperreasonandarrangeforaninterviewassoonaspracticable;若甲方不能在３个工作日内安排候选人面试，甲方须及时与乙方联系，说明原因并尽快重新约定面试时间；1.4Afterinterviewingeachcandidate,PartyAshallnotifyPartyBoftheoutcomewithin...
