Φ1.70mm/0.115mm 光纤连接器陶瓷插芯注射模具设计工程技术才学院 02 机械设计制造及其自动化 廖震宇学号:2002111018【摘要】光纤连接器陶瓷插芯作为光纤连接器的主要部分是光通信网络的一个重要成分。目前光纤连接器陶瓷插芯使用的是陶瓷粉末注射成型(Ceramic Injection Molding, CIM)的成型方法,陶瓷插芯的外部直径和内孔直径是 Φ1.70mm 和 0.115mm,公差均为±0.03mm,同轴度要求小于等于 0.02mm。光纤连接器陶瓷插芯生产技术几乎被美日等发达国家垄断,大部分陶瓷插芯毛坯由这些国家进口,其模具设计在国内更是个空白。本文根据光纤连接器陶瓷插芯的结构特点,分析了其结构工艺和探讨了模具设计的关键技术及难点,并提出多个模具设计方案;分别使用 UG 中的 MOLDWIZARD 模块和 Pro/ENGINEER中的 Pro/MOLDESIGN 模块进行光纤连接器陶瓷插芯的模具设计;提出了氧化锆粉末注射喂料的流动特性和粘结剂、润滑剂及其他添加剂的配方。【关键词】光纤连接器陶瓷插芯;陶瓷粉末注射成型;UG;Pro/ENGINEER;MSC.PatranThe Injection Molding Design of Ferrule【Abstract】The ferrule which are the key parts for optical connectors as develop are a key component for optical communication network . The field of information technology's industries has greatly changed and developed so dramatically. Use Ceramic Injection Molding to form the ferrule. The ferrule's outside diameter is 1.70±0.03mm and inner diameter is 0.115±0.03mm.The ferrule's concentricity is below 0.02mm.The ferrule's technique almost is controlled by the Japan and the United States. And the molding designs are blank in the domestic.According to the structural characteristics of the ferrule, the manufacturability of the mold structure was analyzed and the key technique and difficult of the molding design were studied.
