Key words:two times diffusing hardening;austeniting temperature;brittleness breaking.0 引言 目前，用 4Cr5MoSivl 钢制造的铝型材热挤压模具，普遍存在使用寿命低、挤压出的型材表面光洁度差等缺点。尤其是壁薄、悬臂长的模具更易以脆裂、拉伤、磨损和变形等形式而损坏。因此要求此类模具应具有高强度、高硬度、韧性好、抗划伤性优良的性能，才能提高其使用寿命。 西安铝厂铝材热挤模，采用预热→淬火→回火一次（使用后个别良好，软氮化）热处理后，挤压过程中，使用不当或设计不合理，则模具脆裂严重，以至整炉脆裂报废现象时有发生。基于上述原因，采用淬火后，进行两次回火（使用以后可软氮化使用）的热处理工艺，取得了较好的效果。1 实验设备、材料的化学成分及尺寸模具淬火加热在高温盐浴炉中进行，模具预热及回火热处理在空气井式电阻炉中进行，其炉温测量选用 EU-2X CJ-101 型的动圈式控温仪表。用洛氏硬度计进行硬度测试。 材料采用 4Cr5MoSivl 模具钢，其化学成分如下，尺寸为 φ165×60mm。2 两次硬化热处理工艺的确定过去工艺：预热→淬火→一次回火→（使用后）软氮化。新工艺：预热→1080±10℃，（520±10℃×1.5 h）二次回火→（软氮化，再使用）。2.1 预热预热温度采用 520±10℃，保持时间：1.5 h.2.2 淬火模具（热挤压管模）有效厚度 45 mm，高温盐浴炉中加...
