C.E.M Supply and Installation of 220kV Cable Tray System at Amizade Bridge Method statement 一、 Scope of WorksThe Works to be carried out under this Contract comprise, but not limited to, the following: 1.Supply and installation of the cable tray system including cable ladder, supports and all necessary accessories for 2 circuits of 220kV cables to be installed under the “ Ponte da Amizade”;2.Supply and installation of the catwalk with supports and all necessary accessories along the cable trays; 3.Construction of reinforced concrete cable transition pit at Macau side and Taipa side respectively; 4.Installation of 220kV cables with cable cleats. 5. Supply and installation of earthing system in accordance with the design; Temporary working platform / scaffolding and all associated works needed for the completion of the Works。二、 工程施工順序安排及工程進度總體施工安排 : 本工程位於友誼大橋及大橋兩側的橋頭。工程難度大, 根據工程的特點 , 總體的安排如下 : A、 施工前準備1) 前期準備：接獲工程中標通知後,即著手進行機械設備准備及施工人員的組織工作,並積極做好工程開工的前期准備工作,購買工程施工保險,提交工程施工交通安排予以批准, 申請相關准照,提交施工圖則給予批准,安裝圍街板及臨時圍欄等。2) 材料準備：根據材料需用量計畫，確定材料來源，與材料供應商簽定材料供應合同，組織工程前期的材料進場，做好材料前期儲備工作。3) 機械設備準備：應根據機械設備計劃，提前準備，配套落實，按計劃進場，確保施工的連續性。進場前要檢驗設備的性能狀態，進場後及時進行查對和試運轉，並加強保養維護。4) 勞動力準備：i本工程的施工隊伍由我司有同類工程施工經驗的專業隊伍及包判商組成。並根據施工進度計劃和工程量情況編制勞動力計劃，落實施工隊伍及分判商。ii進場前，須進行安全，文明施工和環境保護等方面的培訓。B、 測量放線 : 測量確定工程的施工範圍及對工程範圍內的現有地形進行測量。提交實際地形標高, 報經業主或其代表確認 , 確保工程施工位置凖確無誤。C、 橋頭過度井施工。D、 安裝臨...
