三轴联动机械臂伺服运动机械结构设计 (摘要)机械手臂是目前在机械人技术领域中得到最广泛实际应用的自动化机械装置,在工业制造、医学治疗、娱乐服务、军事、半导体制造以及太空探索等领域都能见到它的身影。尽管它们的形态各有不同,但它们都有一个共同的特点,就是能够接受指令,精确地定位到三维(或二维)空间上的某一点进行作业。根据结构形式的不同,机械手臂可分为多关节机械手臂,直角坐标系机械手臂、球坐标系机械手臂,极坐标机械手臂,柱坐标机械手臂等。本文所设计的机械手臂为直角坐标系机械手臂,其由三个伺服电机驱动,通过运动控制卡实现运动控制,可以实现三轴联动,分别为 X 移动,Y 移动,Z 移动。手臂的运动由三个丝杠螺母副完成,伺服电机驱动丝杠旋转,螺母副移动,从而实现三个自由度的运动。 关键词 机械手臂 三轴联动 三个自由度AbstractIIMechanical arm is currently the most widely practical application in the field of robot technology in automation machinery, industrial manufacturing, medical treatment, entertainment services, military, semiconductor manufacturing and other areas of space exploration can see its shadow.
