We review the drug resistance mechanism of three mycoplasmas including Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Mycoplasma hominis and Ureaplasma urealyticum to macrolide antibiotics, and find that the changes of drug binding sites including 23sRNA and ribosomal protein is the main mechanism of Mycoplasma pneumoniae to macrolide antibiotics; To Mycoplasma hominis, besides the changes of drug binding ──────────基金项目:……通信作者:张三Corresponding author.
