摘要随着生产力的发展，企业生产制造的能力逐渐上升，伴随这样一种变化，物流在企业的发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。本文主要研究生产过程中的物料配送准时性，对装配生产线物流配送系统的理论研究和优化物流系统。日本的精益生产就表示完善的物流系统不仅对于提高生产效率、降低成本方面带来了显著效果，而且对于加强企业的竞争能力、提高产品的质量、赢得市场份额带来了巨大的潜在作用。该文通过研究芯人类电子厂摄像头生产线的物流分析和改善，使得生产系统的物料配送更加合理、高效。通过一系列的实地观察和几个月的实习经历以及大量的查阅各种文献资料的基础上完成此次的毕业设计论文。通过物流分析及改善后使各种物流系统获得最佳的经济效益，通过对物流系统的现状分析、设计、管理使其物流及其系统合理化。使得物料的运输路线最短、运输方法最佳、运输效率最高，而物流成本最低，使得物流系统取得最高的经济效益，也防止物流系统在原先设计时由于主观武断或经验不足所造成的错误。关键词：精益生产 准时性 经济效益 物流成本AbstractWith the development of productivity, the enterprise's ability to manufacture gradually rise, with such a change, logistics in the development of enterprises play a more and more important role.
