DELL 电脑部件注塑模具的设计工程技术学院机电系机械设计制造及其自动化专业85【摘要】本论文的主要内容为 DELL 公司电脑部件的注塑模具中对部件序号为 DH205的 设 计 ， 部件 为 壳 体 的外 型 。 首 先获 得 产 品 部件 的 外 型 实体 模 型 （ 原外 型 设 计 运用Pro/ENGINEER 建模），进行数据交换后存为 STEP 文件,然后利用 UG NX 3.0 和 UG MOLDWIZARD模块完成模具的设计，再进行 CAE 分析，主要是用塑料顾问对其进行模流分析和 MSC 进行模具顶杆的受力分析，通过不断分析改进和修整，使设计达到要求；通过所有检验后，完成注塑模具所有零件的零件图和模架的装配图。【关键词】注塑模、 UGNX3.0、UG MOLDWIZARD.
