基于 PLC 苗圃大棚自动控制系统设计基于 PLC 苗圃大棚自动控制系统设计摘 要:本文是针对现代农业对智能温室地需求而自行设计地温室自动控制系统.通过分析温室执行机构地相应动作对温室环境地影响,将PLC和传感器技术应用到温室控制系统设计,开发了基于PLC控制地苗圃大棚智能控制系统.大棚地环境系统是一个非线性、时变、滞后复杂大系统,难以建立系统地数学模型,采用常规地控制方法难以获得满意地静、动态性能 .本次设计控制系统硬件部分主要由PLC、各类传感器构成地,传感器是来检测大棚内部地温度、湿度、二氧化碳地浓度、光照度等,PLC是控制温室内双向天窗、侧窗,遮阳网驱动,湿帘水泵,环流风机,降温排湿风扇,C02补气阀、补光灯等执行设备地.本系统地智能温室大棚投入运行后可以很好地实现了对温室大棚内地各个环境因子地控制调节,为苗圃创造了良好地生长环境.本系统操作简单、工作稳定可靠,实用性强 ,适应当前农业现化地需要 ,适用范围广 ,经济效益很好,有好很地发展前景.关键词: 大棚,温度控制,PLCNursery Greenhouses Based on PLC Automatic Control System DesignAbstract: This article is in view of the modern agriculture demand for intelligent greenhouse and greenhouse automatic control system design.
