孟鲁司特对咳嗽变异型哮喘患者嗜酸性粒细胞的影响陈娜， 张祎 捷，(河南大学淮河医院呼吸内科,河南开封475000) 摘要目的：评价孟鲁司特对咳嗽变异型哮喘患者的嗜酸性粒细胞的影响。方法： 96 例 CVA 患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，疗程结束后所有对象均进行嗜酸性粒细胞(EC)计数，并对2 组患者治疗结果进行比较。 结果：观察组在近期症状的改善和体征的控制明显优于对照组，而且体液免疫检测值治疗后明显改善，复发率明显小于对照组，副反应也不明显。结论：孟鲁司特应用于治疗CVA 的方式值得在临床推广。关键词孟鲁司特，咳嗽变异型哮喘，疗效[中图分类号 ] R 725.6 [文献标识码 ] A [文章编号 ]Montelukast for the treatment of cough variant asthma patients with the impact study Chen Na, Zhang weijie AbstractObjective： Analysis of montelukast special cough variant of the impact of asthma patients.
