摘要模具属于精密机械产品,它主要由机械零件和机构组成,如成形工作零件、导向零件、支承零件、定位零件及送料机构、抽芯机构、推出机构等。模具与相应的成形设备(如冲床、塑料注射机、压铸机等)配套使用时,可直接改变金属或非金属材料的形状、尺寸、相对位置和性能,使之成形为合格的制件。本设计以冲孔落料复合模设计为主线,依据模具的基本组成部分,采取基础和设计技巧相结合,理论与实践相结合,图例与剖析相结合,模具设计与加工工艺相结合的方式,对金属垫片设计中的关键之处以及可能出现的问题和处理方式进行详细地剖析。同时,从模具的加工工艺的角度出发,分析并提供便于加工的模具结构形式,使模具设计和加工更加紧密的结合在一起。本次设计绘图采用 CAD 进行,CAD 为计算机辅助制图工具,是一款专业机械平面制图软件,具有很强的图象处理功能。关键词:模具设计 排样 冷冲模 垫片 复合模Abstract Mould belong to precision machinery products, it is mainly composed of mechanical parts and institutions, such as forming parts, steering parts, bearing parts, positioning part and conveying mechanism, core-pulling mechanism, launch mechanism, etc. Mold and forming equipment, such as punching, plastic injection machine, die-casting machine, etc.) supporting the use, can be directly changing the shape of the metal or nonmetal material, size, position and performance, forming for the qualified parts.
