毕 业 设 计 说 明 书 ( 论 文 ) 中 文 摘 要Ar/CO2不同气体药芯焊丝保护焊接工艺研究摘要:本文对 Ar 气和 CO2气药芯焊丝熔化极保护焊的焊接工艺进行了对比研究,在合理的焊接规范工艺参数下;比较了这两种不同保护气体的熔滴过渡形式,有无飞溅,焊缝成形,熔池形状和力学性能;针对这些现象上的不同,从焊接规范参数、电弧力和焊接时的氧化还原等方面给出了解释。基于焊接工艺的角度,提出了采用 Ar+CO2混合保护气体焊接的建议。 关键词:CO2气;Ar 气;熔化极保护焊;熔滴过渡 毕 业 设 计 说 明 书 ( 论 文 ) 外 文 摘 要Title Technology Research of Different Gas Ar/CO 2 Flux-cored Wire Protection Welding AbstractIn this paper, the Ar gas and CO2 gas flux-cored wire melting of welding welding technology extremely protection makes a comparative study, in the rational welding standard process parameters.
