配电系统自动化的发展分析摘要：随着我国电力工业的发展，含配电系统自动化在内的城网建设改造和电力市场已提上了日程。当前，配电系统自动化正从传统的“多岛自动化”走向综合优化的系统集成。与此同时，正在启动的发电市场展示了向配电市场发展的前景。现仅就上述发展可能对配电系统自动化产生的影响进行了分析和讨论。关键词：配电系统自动化 系统集成 电力市场Abstract The urban network construct and reform including distribution system automation has been put on the agenda along with the developing of electric power industry. At present the traditional “Islands Automation” of power distribution system is moving towards system integration, in the meantime, the developing prospect of power distribution market is shown by currently started power market. The potential effects on distribution system automation caused by the developing trends mentioned above are analyzed and discussed.Keywords distribution system automation; system integration; power market 当前我国电力工业的发展，已进入一个新的历史阶段。电力的供求关系从过去长期缺电走向缓和，某些地区甚至出现了供大于求。国家电力公司的成立，标志着从过去的政府管理转向“公司化改组、商业化运营、法制化管理”。 为了适应当前形势，使我国电力工业走上可持续发展的道路，结合我国情况，同时启动了含配电系统自动化在内的城网建设改造和开放的发电市场。 国际上，各式各类含发电配电在内的电力市场正在兴起，国内外的发展，对配电系统自动化的开展，既带来了机遇也带来了挑战。1 配电系统自动化发展中的两个问题 当代的配电系统自动化，发展过程中面临着两个问题：这就是配电系统自动化如何从传统的“多岛自动化”走向系统集成；以及如何考虑电力市场的发展可能对配电系统自动化产生的影响。 基于单项自动化林立的配电系统“多岛自动化”，如图 1 所示(虚线表示有关系统之间互不相连或有缝集成，阴影灰度表示各个自动化岛)。图 1 配电系统“多岛自动化”Fig.1 "Islands Automation"of Distribution System 考虑电力市场发展、走向系统集成的配电系统综合自动化示于图 2。图 2 配电系统综合自动化Fig.2 Integrated Autom...
