摘 要在按钮注塑模结构被设计过程中,设计者针对产品材料性能、结构特点进行工艺分析;通过分析,确定该模具的型腔建数模、分型面、初选了注塑机。然后在 PRO-e环境下进行该模具的成型零件设计、模架结构系统设计,最后模具总成,生成二维总装图和非标准零件零件图,并在 PRO-e 中对按钮的型腔进行数控加工。整套模具设计都基于 CAD 进行模具总装图和零件图从 CAD 中生成。本设计实现了模具CAD,对今后从事模具设计具有一定的实际指导意义。关键词:塑料; 注塑模; 设计; pro/E The Design of Injection Mold Abstract:The press-button is designed of the injection molding process, the designer for the product structure of the material properties, process analysis; through analysis, determine the mould cavity is built modular and parting surfaces, a plastic injection molding machine of the primaries. And then make the PRO-e dies parts design, mold frame system design, and finally die Assembly, generate two-dimensional General Assembly drawings and non-standard parts diagrams, and for the press –button in the PRO-e bottom cover of cavity for CNC machining. Tooling design are based on CAD for mould General Assembly drawings and parts diagrams generated from CAD. This design enables mould CAD, engaged in the design of the die in the future with some practical guidance.
