无锡市百果园配送中心选址研究摘 要随着经济发展，生活水平提高，消费方式的改变,人们对水果的消费要求不断提高。市场竞争白热化，有效降低成本的同时提高服务质量已成为零售企业发展的必然要求。物流配送中心在对企业整个物流运营中起着重要作用，连接供货点和需求点，缓解供需矛盾，为企业加快商品流通速度、降低物流成本的同时，能提高市场竞争力，更有利于企业的长期发展。因此，百果园作为水果连锁企业，在区域发展的过程中不仅需要构建完善的物流网络，更要选择合适的配送中心。本文在借鉴国内外配送中心选址研究成果，分析百果园在无锡市的发展现状及物流配送存在的问题的基础上，先从无锡市百果园门店分布情况、区域交通等因素选出备选地址，再以成本最小化建立目标函数选出最优方案，对实现百果园在无锡市的高效配送，促进企业长期发展具有指导意义。【关键词】无锡市百果园；配送中心；选址；成本函数Wuxi hundred orchard distribution center location researchAbstractAlong with economic development, improving living standards, consumption patterns changing, People of fruit consumption requirement enhances unceasingly.
