摘 要蛋窝升降系统主要用于种蛋编号或测定其各项指标,种禽产蛋后离开蛋窝,蛋窝升起,使种蛋进入预定区域,然后蛋窝回位,不影响下一只种禽产蛋。设计过程包括零部件设计、结构设计、工艺分析、计算等,设计结构的关键问题在于蛋窝翻转时的升降要平稳,抬高的高度适宜,种禽产蛋过程中稳固。在本论文中,参考了众多升降机的结构和动力,设计出符合本论文的机构,并且对各零件机构进行受力分析以及工艺分析,使其实现所要实现的功能。关键词:自动升降 结构设计 零部件设计 受力分析 工艺分析IAbstractNest egg lifting system is mainly used for egg number or the determination of the indicators, to leave the nest after egg laying poultry, egg nest egg rises, make into a predetermined area, and then return the egg nest, not under the influence of a bird egg.
