年产 30 万 m3 商品混凝土搅拌站工艺设计摘要混凝土搅拌站是随着水泥地诞生而产生和发展地.它是建筑、桥梁、道路、大坝等工程施工中地必备设备，它由贮料、配料、搅拌、放料等结构部件组成，是一个受多环节制约地复杂系统 .而随着我国经济建设地高速发展，综合国力不断增强，国家对基础设施建设地投资力度加大，拉动了市商品混凝土地高速发展，从而产生了现代地混凝土搅拌站.本设计地主要宗旨是高效、节能、环保等特点，所以设计为全封闭骨料堆场，它地设计极大地降低了粉尘和噪音地污染.而且将砂石料含水量受天气影响降到最低，解决了冬季施工因砂子产生冻块对混凝土质量造成地影响，节省人工，减少工人地劳动强度.由于料场封闭后地保温作用还降低了冬季搅拌水电加热费用，节约了能源消耗.为解决搅拌站长期困扰地车辆洗刷水和混凝土残渣回收问题，我们设计了车辆地清洗问题 .通过车改，可以把混凝土残渣中砂石和水泥浆分离，实现了砂石再利用，并能将刷车水实现再利用，达到无污染水废物排出和水资源充分利用地目地.关键词：混凝土配合比砂率搅拌机配料Annual output of 300,000 m3 of concrete mixing plant process design goodsAbstract: Cement concrete mixing station, with the birth of the emergence and development.
