AbstractThe design is an annual output of 310000 tons of polypropylene synthetic process design. Firstly, by analyzing the current development and tendency of polypropylene industry, both domestic and international situation of supply and demand are predicted. The analysis of current development, tendency and consumption structure of polypropylene industry in China is emphasized. At the same time,the future demand in domestic market is predicted and production expansion ability in the coming years is analyzed. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different processing techniques and attached conditions, the process of batch liquid phase bulk was chosen for this design. Then a feasibility analysis of the design on the aspects of economic investment, environmental protection and economic benefits is made.
