摘要按照毕设设计任务书的具体要求,在本文中对柴油机泵体端钻孔组合机床及其专用夹具为对象完成设计并对具体的设计过程予以说明。主要内容包括组合机床工艺方案的制定、组合机床配置型式的选择、总体设计和夹具设计。在本篇文章中,组合机床及其专用夹具的设计包含两大部分,其一为组合机床的总体设计部分,其二为专用夹具的设计部分。机床总体设计包含在选定工艺方案下完成机床配置形式的确定、结构方案的拟定等,基于拟定的结构方案确定“三图一卡”,制定夹具定位方案和夹紧方案。最后通过对各种不同的设计方案可行性及可操作性进行比较,最后确定最优方案。此外,需要通过设计专用夹具来降低劳动强度提升生产率,同时通过专用夹具来保证产品质量。关键词: 柴油机泵体;三图一卡;组合机床;夹具 1ABSTRACTAccording to the specific requirements of the design task book, in this paper, the diesel engine body end drilling combined machine tool and its special fixture are designed for the object and the specific design process is explained.
