I摘 要度假型酒店是酒店里有现有的旅游资源,两者互相结合发挥作用最终慢慢发展而形成了新的酒店模式,它在旅游度假区市场中占有很大的市场比重。我国的很多地方都有度假酒店。对现在度假酒店经营情况的分析,得出解决方案和对策加强对酒店的经营管理控制。目前这还属于开始阶段,还没有很成熟的研究。这篇文章对度假型酒店的概念进行认识和学习,然后结合了国内外学者对酒店发展的研究结果,运用问卷调查分析福州市闽侯县度假型酒店的营销模式,并对多类型酒店的营销模式进行分析比较。一方面可以比较得出度假型酒店的总体消费营销手段,另一方面希望本文提出的一些好的措施能够为福建鲤鱼洲度假型酒店营销模式和发展提供有利的指导和参考作用。 关键词:度假型酒店;营销模式;分析 IIAbstractAs the characteristic product of hotel and tourism resources consumption, resort hotel is an important part of tourist resort and occupies a huge market.
