电机调速控制系统的设计摘要现如今,在工业生产以及农业生产领域当中,各种类型的电动机已经获得相对广泛的实际应用。为有效增强既定的生产效率,切实保障多元化产品的真实质量,丰富多样的生产机器设备,正在逐步达到自动调速的根本要求。从本质上来看,电机当中应用尤为广泛的类型,即为现今炙手可热的直流电机。这是由于,该电机表现出特别优异的启动特性以及显著地调速特性,启动转矩相对较大,可实现过载,并且表现出极为优良的调速效率。本篇文章,旨在借助于 AT89C51 单片机的作用,针对某特定的 PWM 信号,进行科学有效的精准把控。基于跟踪调整电压的实际数值,来精准把控直流电机所表现出的实际转速。并且对其产生波形图进行分析。文章之末,旨在借助于霍尔元件的作用,针对直流电机所表现出的实时转速,进行相对深入的精准测量与细致分析,并在经由一系列处理之后,将最后所获得的实际数值,传递至相应的液晶进行展示。关键词:单片机;直流电机;PWM 调速;霍尔元件abstractIn modern industrial and agricultural production, the use of motors can be seen everywhere in people's daily life. Due to the continuous improvement of production quality and output requirements, more and more production machinery requirements can achieve automatic speed regulation. DC motor is one of the most common motors, which is widely used in various fields of life. DC motor has good start-up and speed regulation characteristics, simple control performance. Because of its large start-up torque and poor overload capacity, it can smooth and efficient speed regulation in a wide range.In this paper, AT89C51 single-chip computer is used to control the PWM signal, and the speed of DC motor is controlled. The waveform is analyzed.
