2011 年度美的厨卫产品销售代理协议书 Sales Agency Agreement of Year 2011 on Midea Kitchen & Bathroom Products 甲方：湖北美的厨卫销售有限公司 (以下简称甲方） Party A: Hubei Midea Kitchen & Bathroom Products Sales Co., Ltd. (hereinafter shortly referred to as Party A) 乙方： Party B 遵循甲乙双方共同发展的需要，本着自愿、平等、互利、合作的原则，根据《中华人民共 和合同法》等有关法律、法规的规定，对 2011 年度乙方销售甲方美的厨卫电器系列产品事宜，达成以下协议。 For the purpose of the mutual development of Party A and B, complying with principles of voluntariness, equality, mutual benefit and cooperation, Party A and B enter into the under-mentioned agreement on Party B’s sales of Midea kitchen and bathroom products in 2011 in accordance with The Contract Law of the PRC and other relevant laws and regulations. 一、销售期间 1. Sales Period 2011 年1 月 1 日至 2011 年12 月 31 日。 From Jan. 1, 2011 to Dec. 31, 2011. 二、销售区域 2. Sales Regions 2.1 甲方授权乙方为美的厨卫产品在工贸以及指定渠道地区的代理商。 2.1 Party A authorizes Party B as sales agent of Midea kitchen and bathroom products in Industry and Trading Co., Ltd. and other appointed channels and regions. （略） (omitted) 三、供货价格 3.
