SCOPE 范围 This specification covers the general requirements of Flexivalve trays, Sieve trays, Bubble cap trays and High Performance Trays furnished by Honglang. 该说明包含了由宏朗石化设备制造有限公司提供的浮阀塔、筛板塔、泡罩塔及高性能塔的塔盘的总体要求。 2. PREPARATION OF INSTALLATION WORK 安装前的准备 2-1 GENERAL 总述 All component parts of trays shall be installed in accordance with drawings concerned and within tolerances indicated Table 1. Prior to commencing installation work, followings shall be performed carefully. 塔盘的所有部件安装时都应与图纸保持一致，并符合表1。在着手安装前，应仔细做到以下几点： - Review drawings concerned in order to confirm all identification marks, kinds and quantities of parts, position and direction to be placed, and method of installation work. 看图，确认所有的标识、材质、数量及安装的位置、方位及方法。 - Confirm the numbers of parts delivered in accordance with “Packing List”. 确认交货的部件数目与 “ Packing List”一致。 - If any shortages, damages or any questions are found, they shall be informed to Honglang and solved before installation work. 如有缺少、损坏或其他问题，应通知宏朗石化设备制造有限公司并在安装 前将问题解决。 2-2 REFERENCE The drawings and documents to be used for installation of trays consist of followings: 用于安装塔盘的图和文档应包含以下部分： (1) “INSTALLATION DRAWING “ provides general installation information such as tray parts nomenclature, installation notes, gasket location, whole layout and bolting assembly etc. 安装图应提供大体的安装信息，诸如塔盘板命名、安装注意事项、垫圈位置、总的布局、螺栓安装等。 (2) “PARTS LIST AND HARDWARE LIST” provides Bill of materials for each drawin...
