从开展医院志愿服务的角度谈医务社工如何更好的融入医院系统——以广东省中医院为例[摘要] 在生物-心理-社会医学模式的演变下，医改制度的推进和人文医院概念的提出，医务社工和医院志愿者为加快建立现代医院管理制度，建立医院人文关怀的氛围发挥了不容忽视的作用。本文采用文献研究法、参与式观察法和访谈法，利用笔者在广东省中医院实习的经历，对医院的志愿服务现状展开研究，并分析出医务社工和医院志愿服务目前的问题有:（1）社会志愿者年龄跨度大，数量多，团队缺乏凝聚力;（2）志愿岗位工作内容单一，志愿者成就感低;（3）志愿者培训缺乏连续性;（4）缺乏志愿服务的评估制度。经分析，医务社工与志愿服务融入医院系统的困难因素包括以下两点，医院环境的特殊性和医院志愿服务规范的缺失。总结得出完善医院志愿服务的建议有:（1）结合医院人文系统开展建立医院志愿服务;（2）完善医院志愿服务管理。[关键词] 医务社会工作;医院志愿服务;医院志愿者Research on How Medical Social Workers Can More Deeply Integrate into Hospital System from the Perspective of Hospital Voluntary Service-Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province as an Example[Abstract] Under the evolution of bio psycho social medical model, the promotion of medical reform system and the concept of humanistic hospital, medical social workers and hospital volunteers play an important role in accelerating the establishment of modern hospital management system and humanistic care atmosphere.
