社会工作介入问题青少年的偏差行为矫治研究【摘要】青少年是国家的未来，而随着社会的发展，问题青少年的数量也在增加。我国一些青少年因为家庭原因或者其他外部因素，在行为上出现了偏差，如抽烟、酗酒、聚众打架等等。这些不良行为阻碍了青少年的成长的同时，也引起了社会的聚焦和关注。本文将从家庭、学校、朋辈、社会环境等多方面对问题青少年的偏差行为矫治进行分析，并且通过参与问题青少年的偏差行为矫治工作，结合自己所学的社会工作专业知识方法与技术，为相关的问题提出合理化的建议和带来可行性的举措。结果表明，社会工作者在帮助解决青少年问题，促进青少年的健康成长中发挥着越来越重要的作用，社会工作可以结合家庭学校与社会的积极功能，使青少年走上正确的道路。【关键词】社工介入；问题青少年；偏差行为；行为矫治Study on the correction of teenagers' deviant behavior in social work intervention [Abstract] Teenagers are the future of the country, and with the development of society, the number of problem teenagers is also increasing. Because of family or other external factors, some teenagers in our country have deviation in behavior, such as smoking, drinking, fighting and so on. These bad behaviors not only hinder the growth of teenagers, but also cause the social focus and attention. In this paper, we will analyze the problem teenagers' deviant behavior correction from family, school, peer, social environment and other aspects, and through participating in the work of deviant behavior correction of the problem teenagers, combined with their own professional knowledge, methods and techniques of social work, we will put forward reasonable suggestions and feasible measures for the related problems. The results show that social workers play an increasingly important role in helping to solve the problems of teenagers and promoting their healthy growth.
