数控车床加工工艺设计摘要 :数控车削加工设计以机械制造中的工艺基本理论为基础,结合数控机床高精度、高效率和高柔性等特点综合多方面的知识,解决数控加工中的工艺问题。对零件进行编程加工之前,工艺分析具有非常重要的作用。在比较数控车床加工工艺与传统加工工艺的基础上,对数控车床加工工艺中的关键问题进行了深入分析,总结了数控车床的工艺设计方法。通过实例,证明了正确地进行数控车床加工工艺分析与设计有助于提高零件加工质量和生产效率。本文通过对零件图样分析、工艺路线的拟订、切削用量的选择等几方面进行了介绍。关 键 词:数控加工工艺分析图样分析工艺路线Abstract: the numerical control turning processing design in mechanical manufacturing process of the basic theory, combined with the characteristics of nc machine and high precision, high efficiency and high flexible integrated various knowledge, solve process problems in nc machining. Analysis of parts before using the programming process, process has a very important role. In comparing numerical control lathe machining process and traditional processing technology, on the basis of the key issues in the process of nc lathe carried on the thorough analysis, summarizes the process design method of nc lathe. Through the instance, proves the correctly for CNC lathe machining process analysis and design to improve parts processing quality and production efficiency.
