It involves that energy conservation and environmental protection related to fine decoration. The main part concludes ten focal points of the quality control and analyses the thorny points in the fine decoration consultant, then submits thorough and elaboration counter measures to the fine decoration consultant as well as to the quality control. This paper has the same direction to construction and consultation. Key word: fine decoration; focal points and thorny points in consultation; counter measure 1 精装修工程的特点 （1）精装修工程工期短、工作量大，包括招投标、二次设计、施工作业等； （2）材料品种、类型和规格多，采购、使用管理各环节控制难度大； 精装修用材主要包括：花岗石、抛光砖、墙砖、木材、夹板、金属件、墙纸、天花（如铝扣板、石膏板、矿棉板、埃特板）、乳胶漆和各种管材、灯具等； （3）机电设备设计选型、采购供应、安装调试各环节技术复杂，投资控制工作突出；电气、智能管线施工工序交叉配合多，进度和质量控制难；成品保护任务重； （4）现场防火安全问题突出，装饰材料多为复合型材料，天然木材和油漆涂料等属于易燃物质，因此现场吸烟、动用明火与施工用电，需要实行严密的防范措施； （5）精装修工程...
