Base on a case， case teaching method inspires students to understand the teaching material. This paper explored the basic ideas of the teaching mode by analyzing the necessity of introducing the combination of case teaching and PBL teaching mode in food standard and regulation. And it pointed out the implementation and hardness that the combination of case teaching and PBL teaching mode in food standard and regulation teaching.
