I我国猪肉监管制度初探摘 要中国是世界上最大的猪肉生产国和消费国。然而近年来，频发的问题猪肉安全事件暴露除了政府监管的盲区和问题。本文通过对于我国现行猪肉监管体系的分析，针对有关猪肉监管的法律法规可操作性低，执法部门权限划分不清、监管力度不足，缺乏技术手段，正规操作难以实现等问题，剖析出研究起步较晚，法律监管机制不完善，养殖户的安全意识浅薄，处罚力度轻等问题原因，对完善我国猪肉安全监管提出针对性措施：健全法律法规，形成全方位的法律体系；重点监管加强对猪肉制品安全源头的监管；推进猪肉供应链可追溯体系，建立有效的召回制度；建立监管信息平台，加快行业协会的建设步伐。：一、健全法律法规；二、规范标准体系；三、加强对猪肉制品安全源头的监管、四、整合资源，提高效率；五、加快行业协会的整合和建设步伐；六、继续贯彻和完善猪肉安全行政问责制度；七、推进猪肉供应链可追溯体系建设；八、建立肉类食品安全监管信息平台。关键词：瘦肉精；监管；饲料 II我国猪肉监管制度初探AbstractChina is the world's largest producer and consumer of pork.
