美国社会信用体系建设对我国的启示摘要我国现在的整体信用体系已经发展的非常不错了，整体在以一个飞速发展的状态进行。与此同时，我国也在不断的为了更好的发展努力，不断的完善信用体系的建设，建立健全信用监督、增强信息公开力度，加快信息平台的建立，不断的发挥整个社会的监督效益。美国现在在这方面就做的很不错，发展在整个世界上也算的上数一数二的国家，在各种社会信用体系方面都有着比较完善的建设，有着丰富的经验，可以让我们学习。并且通过严谨的监督制度，以及评估的体制都会对我们未来的建设起到重要的意义，给予启迪。 本文指出我国应该在借鉴美国社会信用体系建设的成功经验的基础上结合目前社会信用现状建构具有自身特色的社会信用体系。针对我国当前信用法律不健全、监管机制效率低下和诚信教育缺失等问题，提出符合我国国情切实可行的对策建议，希望通过一些主要方面的改进，更好的推进我国社会信用体系的完善，更好的进行建设。[关键词]社会信用体系建设；社会信用；信用制度ABSTRACTChina's social credit system construction has entered a period of accelerated development. China should constantly strengthen the construction of credit system, establish and improve credit supervision, enhance the intensity of information disclosure, accelerate the establishment of information platform, and give full play to the effectiveness of social supervision. The United States is the best country in the world in the construction and development of social credit system. It has rich experience, strict supervision system, complete evaluation system and good social environment in the construction of social credit system. This paper points out that our country must construct its own social credit system based on the successful experience of American social credit system.
