The modernization degree of logistics industry is an important index to determine the modernization degree of the country. In the current logistics industry, the status of the logistics storage system is very important, and its functions are more and more diversified. Improving the storage efficiency can not only coordinate the whole logistics system, but also enable enterprises to save costs and obtain more profits. This design takes the food warehouse of company a as the research object. After the research object is determined, the current situation of the food warehouse is understood, including its warehousing operation process, warehouse layout, warehouse personnel and equipment configuration and other relevant data. Based on these data, the food warehouse of company a is modeled and optimized according to the existing problems. This design first enumerates the relevant contents of warehouse management, which lays the foundation for the subsequent analysis of warehousing operation process of company , then introduces the steps and optimization methods of simulation modeling and optimization, which provides the direction for the following simulation modeling and optimization.
