本科论文Abstract With the strengthening of China's national power, the rapid development of the automobile industry can represent its productivity. The world-famous car and component brands have entered the car market in China and Greater China. We work with local Chinese companies to establish a mature manufacturer and various spare parts factory, using China manulife population in developing countries, employment is able to reduce the production cost of Chinese labor force, lower tariffs and transportation costs, and increase brand awareness.The most complex assembly process is the engine assembly process, now the manufacturing process is getting higher and higher, the requirements of assembly precision;Under the pull of vehicle order, the requirements for assembly efficiency are higher. Taking the engine assembly line of B company as the research object, the balance problem and improvement of the production line were studied through the idea of value-added production and reduction of station number.Through field observations and surveys by colleagues from different departments, the author understands the actual production of an engine assembly line. Through the analysis of the current situation of the assembly line of company B, the author finds out the influencing factors of the balance rate of company B.There is an obvious bottleneck station;Employees' work is not standard;According to these factors, an optimization plan is developed, a mathematical model is established, and the results obtained by solving LINGO are used.
