R 公司仓储管理现状及优化对策分析【摘要】本文以 R 公司为研究对象，对 R 公司的仓储管理现状进行调查研究，结合 R 公司的业务特点，介绍了流通型企业 R 公司现有的作业流程以及仓库布局，分析了 R 公司仓储管理现状并指出存在的问题，具体从仓储作业流程、库区布局规划、库区管理制度等几方面提出相应优化对策，同时借鉴和参考与仓储管理相关的前沿理论和成功实践经验，对 R 公司提高仓储管理效率，减少仓储管理总成本，进而提升企业经济总效益具有重要现实意义。在库区布局规划方面，本文在 R 公司的客户订单数据的基础之上，采用 EIQ 分析法进行统计与分析，在EIQ 分析结果的基础上继续采用 ABC 分类储存法对 R 公司货物进行分类。【关键词】仓储管理；EIQ 分析；ABC 分类；拣选策略；流程优化注：本论文（设计）题目来源于教师的国家级（或省部级、厅级、市级、校级、企业）科研项目，项目编号为： 。 Analysis on the current situation of R company's warehouse management and optimization countermeasures[Abstract] Company as the research object, based on the R of R company's warehouse management status quo of actual situation investigation, combining with service characteristics of R company, this paper introduces the flow-through enterprise R company's existing operation process and warehouse layout, analyzed the R company warehouse management present situation and points out the existing problems and the concrete from the warehouse operation flow and layout planning in reservoir, the reservoir management system and so on, put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures and reference to the forefront of warehouse management related theories and successful practice experience, to R company improve the efficiency of warehouse management, reduce the total cost, warehouse management and improve enterprise overall economic benefit has important practical significance.
